YOUR FIRST VISIT
We want to help make your smile the best it can be! The first step in that process is a complimentary consultation and exam.
During your consultation, we will discuss any concerns that were brought to our attention by you or your dentist, as well as any findings Dr. Agapas has after his initial assessment.
Throughout your orthodontic experience, we will continue to discuss all procedures and treatment options thoroughly with you. We want you to fully understand all aspects of your treatment and feel comfortable and relaxed while in our care.
To save yourself some time on the day of your New Patient Exam you can fill out the required paperwork here.

WHAT TO EXPECT
1
When you first arrive for your appointment you will be asked to fill out our introductory New Patient Forms. These will allow us to get to know you a little better, and provide us with a little more information on your medical and dental history.
2
If the required x-rays have not been provided by your dentist, we may take them at this appointment to allow Dr. Agapas to provide you with the most accurate and effective treatment options.
3
Once we have all of the information we need, you will have a chance to discuss any specific concerns you have before Dr. Agapas begins his assessment. This gives us a better understanding of what you are hoping to get out of your treatment.
4
5
Dr. Agapas will then begin his full assessment of both your facial growth, and your teeth.
Now that Dr. Agapas has had a chance to look over everything he will then discuss any concerns, and his treatment recommendations with the help of visual aids to better explain his findings.
6
Once all questions have been answered, including estimated treatment time and cost, you will have the opportunity to speak with our financial coordinator to discuss insurance and/or payment plan options. If you are interested in proceeding with treatment, she will also book your next appointments with you.
or
If it is determined that you are not quite ready to begin treatment, a follow-up appointment may be made. This will allow us to continue to monitor any changes, pick the optimal treatment time and provide guidance to your dentist to maximize the potential for improvement.
